Predictive Modeling Expert Position at Datatech Analytics

We are seeking a skilled Predictive Modeling Expert to join our team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to apply their expertise in data analysis and machine learning to drive business decisions with data-driven insights, contributing to the development of innovative solutions that enhance customer health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collect and process large datasets from various sources, maintaining data quality and integrity.
  2. Apply statistical, machine learning, and traditional AI techniques to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop predictive models, driving business decisions.
  3. Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders through visual representations of data, facilitating informed decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, develop solutions, and implement data-driven strategies, improving customer outcomes.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and related technologies, continually improving methodologies and processes.
  6. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical standards in handling sensitive information, maintaining industry standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience within a data science role, demonstrating applied knowledge and skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to extract business value from data science using quantitative and qualitative metrics, driving business growth.
  • Strong working knowledge of Python and popular data science packages, including Scikit learn, Keras, Tensor flow, and PySpark, supporting data analysis and modeling tasks.
  • Understanding of the financial industry, particularly insurance, is advantageous but not essential.

**Salary:** £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
