About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Technologist to join our team at Gü Desserts. As a Process Technologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Continuous Improvement and Operations teams in executing projects aimed at enhancing cost efficiency and optimizing processes while upholding product safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with supply chain, planning, technical, and operations teams to plan and execute projects that drive process improvements and cost savings.
  • Develop and implement new, optimized processes that maintain top-tier standards.
  • Oversee equipment design, installation, commissioning, and validation, ensuring accountability and expertise.
  • Analyze data to power efficiency initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support operations and collaborate with Process Controllers in problem-solving and fault-finding.
  • Shape the strategic vision of continuous improvement, aligned with organizational goals and values.
Requirements
  • Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
  • Innovative spirit and ability to apply expertise to existing processes and products.
  • Meticulous planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent data analysis and Excel skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to undertake any activities with a pioneering and energetic mindset.
  • Industry-related degree such as food science, food nutrition, chemistry, microbiology, or engineering.
  • Relevant food manufacturing knowledge and experience, particularly advantageous in handling chilled food products in a development capacity.
