Procurement Manager for Projects

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager for Projects at O'Neill & Brennan. This role involves managing and coordinating the bid process for new projects, driving business growth, and producing high-quality bids. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and coordinating bid processes, as well as producing high-quality bids that reflect commitment to ambitious spaces and flawless delivery.
About the Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing tender submissions, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Closely collaborating with the tender team to prepare and submit compelling tender proposals.
- Forming productive relationships with key managers within each business unit, effectively gathering data to support the production of high-quality, substantiated PQQ/tender/bid answers.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrable experience of successfully bidding and participating in regional and/or national frameworks.
- Working in varying sectors within construction, including education, healthcare, and defence.
- Framework delivery methods and requirements, and forms of contract, including design and build, two stage negotiated projects.
Estimated Salary: £65,000 per annum
