About the Role
Rainbows is seeking a skilled Band 6 Nurse to provide clinical care to babies, children, and young people in their homes, giving parents/carers respite and support.

The ideal candidate will have significant post-registration experience with children/young people, including experience as a Band 6 Nurse and post-registration experience in children's palliative/end of life care. They will also be able to demonstrate a high standard of clinical care.

The role involves undertaking assessments and reviews of clinical care and support, contributing to leadership, development, training, and planning, and day-to-day line management of the team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Lead Nurse to maintain an overview of the day-to-day prioritization of care arrangements for babies, children, and young people receiving hospice at home care.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to make a real difference in the lives of families in the East Midlands.
Estimated salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per year.
