An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Care Assistant to work in a leading care home based in the Northampton area.

This care home offers a supportive environment with purpose-built facilities, making it an ideal setting for nursing, residential, dementia, and respite care.

To be considered for this position, you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.

As a Care Assistant, your key duties will include:

  • Providing high-quality care to residents, promoting their well-being and independence.
  • Assisting with daily tasks, including personal care assistance, days out, and companionship.
  • Encouraging residents to maintain their independence and engage in daily routines and activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records at all times.

The following skills and experience would be beneficial for the role:

  • A genuine desire to care for others.
  • Good team player.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience of working in a care setting.

The successful Care Assistant will receive a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour and the annual salary is £22,464 per annum. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive:
