Program Manager - Agile Delivery - e-Commerce Opportunity

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Delivery Director to lead the delivery of complex software projects for a leading e-commerce client.

    In this role, you will manage cross-functional Tribes, ensuring effective planning, progress tracking, and risk management. You will play a key role in driving Agile practices across the teams and helping them achieve their goals.

  •     You will have extensive experience in Agile Delivery and Scrum, as well as a strong background working within e-commerce.
  •     You will have previously worked in Squad/Tribe Set-Ups and will have proven experience managing Product and Engineering Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  •     Leading the delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  •     Planning, managing, and communicating progress, while addressing risks, issues, and dependencies.
  •     Fostering high-performing Agile teams, removing obstacles and creating an environment of collaboration and innovation.
What We Offer:

    A competitive daily rate of £600-£650 per day (Outside IR35) and the opportunity to work on exciting e-commerce projects with a leading client.
