Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Line Chef to join our team in the kitchen at The Lost & Found. As a Line Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to a high standard, working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to a high standard, using seasonal produce and following company specifications.
  • Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and dishes, working closely with the Head Chef and culinary team.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.

Requirements
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role as Line Chef, Chef de Partie, or Commis Chef.
  • Experience working under pressure and in a high-volume kitchen, preferably with a focus on fresh food.
  • Competent understanding of all regulations, food hygiene, and company specifications.
  • A genuine passion for delivering top-quality dishes and providing excellent customer service.
  • An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills.
