Healthcare Services Enhancement Officer

East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Healthcare Services Enhancement Officer.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for improving screening quality and outcomes, working closely with programme managers and screening staff to develop and implement strategies for improving screening uptake and reducing non-attendance.
- You will also contribute to achieving key performance indicators, develop new projects and initiatives, and support individuals with learning disabilities to access screening services.
- An important aspect of this role is reducing the frequency of non-attendance in populations with low uptake, working closely with local partners to achieve this goal.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role offers a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
