Service Care Solutions is a leading provider of healthcare staff to the public and private sector. We are currently seeking an experienced Care Manager Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide support to adults and carers in the Bromley area. As a Care Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing advice and support, and working with local authorities to ensure that individuals receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting assessments of adults and carers in line with relevant legislation, policy, and procedures.
  • Providing practical advice, support, and information to adults and carers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within Health and Social Care, particularly with adults and carers.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Care Act 2014, with a willingness to learn more.
  • Understanding of or willingness to learn about the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and other relevant legislation, policies, or procedures concerning adults.
  • A relevant qualification in social or health care, such as an NVQ, is preferable but not essential.

Salary: £23 per hour (umbrella) or £18 per hour (PAYE).
