About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our client, a leading Technical services provider based in Hammersmith. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment across a large clinical research campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned maintenance on mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC plant, including reactives and PPMs.
  • Conduct site walk rounds and create detailed reports.
  • Maintain and repair AHUs, FCUs, HIUs, sanitary ware, and other building services equipment.
  • Perform compliance checks on HVAC plant and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a commercial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing and building services maintenance.
  • Familiarity with Mechanical PPMs and plant maintenance in a commercial setting.
