About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our theatre team at Castle Hill Hospital. As a Perioperative Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our theatre staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will work closely with our theatre and ward teams to ensure the smooth running of our services. This will involve working within a variety of specialities, including Neurosurgery, Plastic surgery, Orthopaedics, General surgery, Urology, Gynaecology, Cardiothoracic and Robotic Surgery.
You will need to be flexible and able to work a range of shift patterns, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as we are willing to provide training and development opportunities to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Support theatre staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Work closely with theatre and ward teams to ensure the smooth running of our services
- Be flexible and able to work a range of shift patterns
