Global Oil and Gas Senior Treasury Analyst

About the Role

This is a senior-level position within the Group Treasury Management Department at MatchaTalent. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing external debt placement, intra-group capital placement, and implementing an in-house bank for cash pooling and payment factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize external debt placement, including the utilization of preferred funding entities.
  • Optimize intra-group capital placement through preferred lending entities.
  • Contribute to the implementation of an in-house bank for cash pooling and payment factory.
  • Apply global financial risk management expertise to address operational needs.
  • Provide insights into global supply chain financing arrangements and group treasury governance and organizational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to relocate for the role.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field from a recognized and approved program. Additional certifications such as CTP, CFA, CMA, or CPC are beneficial.
  • Possess at least 10 years of experience in a variety of treasury roles and demonstrate a wealth of experience across treasury functions.
  • Be a team player capable of mentoring, motivating, training, and developing less experienced staff.
  • Demonstrate resilience while changing the culture of the organization.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
