- Sustainability: Implement the company's Sustainability Roadmap and drive sustainable performance at the site level, ensuring alignment with market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Training and Development: Participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring effective performance in the role.
Requirements:
- Leadership and Coaching: Proven ability to develop and motivate a manufacturing team to achieve exceptional results.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify key trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrable application of problem-solving tools and techniques to drive efficiency improvement.
- Lean Tools and KPIs: Ability to implement and drive performance improvement using lean tools, KPIs, and visual management.
- Health and Safety: In-depth knowledge of current health and safety, environmental, and employment laws, with best practice application in a manufacturing environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
- NEBOSH Qualified: Equivalent qualification or experience in health and safety management.
- Engineering Knowledge: Sound understanding of engineering principles and technical expertise.
- ILM5 or Equivalent: Relevant leadership and management qualifications.
