Supervising Social Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our team at a well-established Independent Fostering Agency in the Medway area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a small caseload of foster families located in Maidstone and Medway areas.
  • Provide support and supervision to foster carers, excluding Form F Assessments and Annual Reviews.
  • Work from home 3 days per week as part of a hybrid role.
