We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Home Manager to join our team at Wilmington Manor, a beautiful care home in the heart of Wilmington. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and services to our residents, while also driving business growth and excellence.

The successful candidate will have strong clinical knowledge and expertise, as well as an LMCS, RMA or equivalent management qualification. You will be able to make a positive difference within a heavily regulated sector, with a strong commercial acumen and strategic mind.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the home, identifying business opportunities, and effectively managing budgets. You will also ensure regulatory compliance is maintained across all relevant areas, and play a key role in strengthening the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare partner.

As a leader, you will be able to develop an environment that focuses on continuous improvements, and communicate effectively with a confident and influential leadership style.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £65k, plus a 30% bonus scheme, and a range of benefits including pension match contribution, life assurance, and individual private medical insurance.
