Legal Counsel Opportunity

Frost Legal is seeking a talented junior lawyer to join our team as a Commercial Legal Counsel. As a key member of our small legal team, you will work closely with our General Counsel to provide expert advice on commercial contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including sales agreements and supply chain contracts.
  • Collaborate with the Company Secretary and General Counsel to implement group-wide governance and champion a strong risk and compliance control culture.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of training on new policies, procedures, and business practices.
  • Work with the legal and compliance team to create and maintain standard legal precedent drafts and other documentation.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years PQE with commercial or corporate experience.
