Job Title: Commercial and Regulatory Legal Counsel

Frost Legal is seeking a talented Junior Lawyer to join our team as a Commercial and Regulatory Legal Counsel. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Counsel and other Group legal colleagues in implementing group-wide governance and championing a strong risk and compliance control culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and report on a range of commercial contracts, including customer and supplier contracts, logistics contracts, distribution and agency agreements, and sponsorship and marketing agency agreements.
  • Collaborate with the Company Secretary, General Counsel, and other Group legal colleagues to ensure adherence to good practice in all contractual, legal, and regulatory areas across the Group.
  • Work with the legal and compliance team to design and deliver training associated with new policies, procedures, and business practices that promote good corporate governance, legal compliance, and risk minimization.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of standard legal precedent drafts and other documentation.
