Infrastructure Maintenance Technician

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing statutory and non-statutory maintenance of critical M&E assets, including routine and unplanned maintenance of the critical and non-critical infrastructure. They will also be required to provision IT services to meet internal and external customer requirements, utilizing industry-leading management portals such as CAFM, DCIM, and Service Management tools.
A key aspect of this role will be to respond to issues in an efficient manner, maintaining business SLA's, and completing fault finding as part of root cause analysis. The individual will also be responsible for documenting all works completed via the management portals and keeping management and other departments up-to-date at all times.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can work as part of a team and manage their own workload and time management effectively. A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude towards duties are essential for this role.
