Pastoral Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pastoral Support Specialist to join our vibrant school community. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our pupils.
About the Role:
- Provide social, emotional, and behavioural support to pupils, fostering a nurturing environment that encourages their wellbeing and development.
- Collaborate closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the holistic support of children.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with children, preferably in a pastoral or support role.
- Deep understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
