We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Intervention Coordinator to join our team. This role involves explaining the purpose of assessing health and well-being needs, assisting in assessments, recording and reporting back accurately, and offering insights into the health and well-being needs and wishes of individuals.

The salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, making it an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in mental health. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide interventions and support, and you will have the opportunity to work autonomously under the supervision of a competent practitioner.

To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant clinical/healthcare qualification, relevant experience in mental health settings, and excellent communication skills. A full clean driving license is also essential.
