About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician to join our team at Rubber Duck Cars. As a key member of our repair centre, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks within the bodyshop, including vehicle paint spraying, panel beating, and strip and fit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out a range of tasks within the bodyshop, including paint spraying, panel beating, and strip and fit
  • Plan and manage your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales
  • Work skillfully and safely under pressure, adhering to manufacturers' specifications and our health and safety guidelines
  • Work as part of a team, as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Be flexible in your approach and continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience as an automotive panel/MET/paint technician
  • ATA/NVQ certification is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience in paint spraying, panel beating, and strip and fit
  • Ability to plan and manage your workload effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
