About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Eating Disorders Support Worker to join our team at Rhodes Wood Hospital in Hatfield. As a key member of our inclusive and supportive team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide high-quality care to young people with eating disorders who require residential care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care and support to young people with eating disorders, working closely with colleagues to develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
  • Conduct ward rounds, analyze behaviors, and adapt care accordingly to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
  • Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Assist with personal hygiene and provide overall care and support to our young people.
