We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Eating Disorders Support Worker to join our team at Rhodes Wood Hospital in Hatfield. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with young people aged 8-18 who require residential care for eating disorders.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our patients, working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement tailored treatment plans.

With a strong focus on patient-centered care, you will be responsible for conducting ward rounds, analyzing behaviors, and adapting care accordingly. You will also be required to update patient records and provide overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.
