About the Role

This is an ongoing position, offering a full-time opportunity to work Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cultivate social, emotional, and cognitive development in students through specialist 1:1 support.
  2. Collaborate with the class teacher, SENCO, and other professionals to monitor and advance student progress.
  3. Create an inclusive learning environment that fosters nurturing and stimulating experiences.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, applicants should possess:

  • A degree in a related discipline, such as Special Needs, Psychology, or Education.
  • Prior experience working with children or young people, although not essential.
