We are seeking a skilled Clinical Lead to support the delivery of high-quality care in our care homes.

As a key member of our management team, you will work closely with the General Manager and take on leadership duties in their absence. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standards of patient care, leading clinical teams, and contributing to the overall success of our care homes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead in a care home setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
