Support Worker for SEMH Pupils

Park School, an independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged 7-18, is seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced staff to provide individualized support to pupils with complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing learning materials, running classroom activities, and supervising pupils during indoor and outdoor experiences. You will also take responsibility for the emotional and physical needs of our pupils, helping them to develop as individuals and engage with the world around them.
