We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital User Acceptance Testing Specialist to join our Digital function at Skipton Building Society.
Key Responsibilities- Write and execute test scripts to ensure seamless customer journeys and experiences on our digital platforms and applications.
- Collaborate with Digital UX Designers, UI Design function, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Test our digital customer platforms and applications across multiple browsers and devices, capturing test evidence and raising bugs as needed.
- Contribute to agile ceremonies, such as user story refinements, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Support the development of standards and process enhancements to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Customer-focused individual with a positive attitude and a great attention to detail.
- Experience in digital user acceptance testing with a customer lens and skills in using test and defect management tools, cross-browser testing platforms, and device testing.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile Principles, in relation to UAT testing and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
