We're currently recruiting for a Front of House Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Saffron Walden. As the friendly face of our hotel, you'll use your excellent customer service skills to welcome guests and make their stay with us unforgettable.

About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You'll work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests, and you'll be the first point of contact for any queries or concerns.
