Front of House Supervisor Opportunity

Lounges are unique environments that rely on exceptional team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management team to maintain the high standards of our lounges. Your key responsibility will be to lead a team of 14 staff members, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a natural talent for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

What We Are Looking For

  • You are likely an existing Supervisor, Team Leader, or an exceptional front of house team member ready to take on a management role with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
  • You will have experience working in a bar environment, serving freshly made food and drinks, and preparing drinks.
  • A natural talent and passion for hospitality are essential.
  • You will be extremely driven and relentless in overcoming challenges or obstacles.
  • You will have good literacy skills and excellent attention to detail to support reporting on KPIs.
  • You will have good communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • You will be a self-motivator, working at pace with limited supervision, while adhering to pressure and timescales.
  • You will have strong knowledge of best practice in sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR, and NPS.
