Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on capital markets trends and economics.
  • Develop and present high-quality reports and presentations to clients and senior executives.
  • Manage and lead a team of Capital Markets Analysts.
  • Respond to time-sensitive requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prioritize tasks across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain the content for the internal capital markets portal.
  • Represent Cobalt Recruitment as a subject matter expert in UK Capital Markets research.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate research or analysis.
  • Proactive, curious, and conscientious character with excellent communication skills.
  • Confident in presenting to clients and senior executives.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with packages such as Macrobond, RCA, MSCI, Power BI, Alteryx, Data Science, or languages such as Python is an asset.
  • Familiarity with the lending market is an asset.
