Theatre Practitioner Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our theatre team as a Trainee Associate Theatre Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
About the Role:This role will involve supporting a variety of healthcare team members within the theatre department. You will be required to perform a range of technical and support duties, including assisting with operations and providing support to the theatre team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the operating theatre environment
- Support the theatre team with the setup and breakdown of equipment
- Provide support to healthcare team members during operations
- Assist with the cleaning and disinfection of equipment and the theatre environment
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a good communicator, flexible with regards to shift patterns, and capable of becoming multi-skilled. Previous theatre experience as a band 2 or 3 is essential. You will also be required to undergo training to become a qualified theatre practitioner.
