Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our theatre team as a Trainee Associate Theatre Practitioner. This role will provide support to a variety of healthcare team members within theatre, requiring a good communicator, flexible with regards to shift patterns, and capable of becoming multi-skilled.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and support duties within the operating theatre
  • Support a variety of healthcare team members within theatre
  • Develop multi-skilled abilities to meet the demands of the role
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Previous theatre experience as a band 2 or 3 is essential
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility with regards to shift patterns
  • Ability to become multi-skilled
