Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our commercial division, you will be responsible for driving financial reporting and strategy, providing insightful analysis, and supporting informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and trusted finance data sets for the commercial division.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to prepare budgets and re-forecasts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Lead financial projects with key stakeholders to improve processes and efficiency, maximizing value generation.
  • Participate in pricing strategies and projects, providing strategic insight and analysis.
  • Manage financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for the commercial perimeter, ensuring budget adherence and accurate accounting closings.
  • Provide detailed analysis and commentaries on top-line performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Inform and advise the financial department of any changes in assumptions, budget deviations, financial risks, etc.
Requirements:
  • CIMA or ACCA qualified.
  • Demonstrable knowledge in accounting and budget controlling.
  • The ability to speak French or motivation to learn would be an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical abilities using tools such as EPM, Power BI, or Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP accounting software would be an advantage.
  • A full valid driving licence and an in-date passport are essential.
