Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our Commercial team at Getlink. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in the financial planning and strategic management of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial models and reports to support business decision-making.
- Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders to inform tactical and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to prepare budgets and re-forecasts.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting and data quality.
- Lead financial projects with key stakeholders to improve processes and efficiency.
- Participate in pricing strategies and projects to maximize value generation.
- Manage financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for the commercial perimeter.
- Assist and challenge the commercial team in monitoring expenditures to ensure budget utilization.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly accounting closings.
- Build and analyze financial reports, providing strategic insights to the commercial team.
- Provide detailed analysis and commentaries on top-line performance.
- Inform and advise the financial department of any changes in assumptions, budget deviations, financial risks, etc.
Requirements:
- QCIMA or ACCA qualification.
- Demonstrable knowledge in accounting and budget controlling.
- Commercially focused with demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- The ability to speak French or motivation to learn French would be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities using tools such as EPM, Power BI, or Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP accounting software would be an advantage.
- A full valid driving license and passport are essential.
