At Hydrock, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Design Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading design teams to deliver projects effectively. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with our national MEP team and contribute to the growth of our data centre projects.

We are recruiting for an experienced professional with a proven track record in project management methodologies, specifically in building services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing complex, high-budget projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as problem-solving abilities, are essential for this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design teams to plan, coordinate, and execute all design work-stages.
  • Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, budget adherence, and regular reviews to track progress.
  • Develop project scope, objectives, and key deliverables to align with client and internal expectations.
  • Organise and lead regular project meetings with design teams, stakeholders, and clients.
