Mental Health Capacity Assessment Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Adult's Social Worker to provide exceptional support services to adults in need. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £32 per hour (assignment rate) and a 3-6 month contract.
The successful candidate will possess a degree in social work or equivalent and be registered with Social Work England. They will have significant frontline experience in Adults Social Services within the UK and be able to deliver high-quality support services.
Key Tasks:
- Undertake community and placement reviews in a timely manner
- Conduct comprehensive Mental Health Capacity assessments
- Implement effective safeguarding adults work
- Engage in legal and court protection work
- Participate in staff meetings
- Support carers and complete carers assessments
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Extensive frontline experience in Adults Social Services within the UK
- Experience with Direct Payment care plans is desirable
