Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Chair of Governors to replace our current Chair who is due to retire. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in governance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction to the Board of Governors
  • Ensure effective governance and decision-making processes
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including staff, residents, and external partners

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leadership and governance experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Board and management team
