Executive Culinary Director

We are seeking a talented Executive Culinary Director to join our team at Peach Pubs, an award-winning Gastro Pub Company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious menus that showcase our commitment to quality and excellence.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary package, reflecting the importance of this role in driving business success.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef who can lead our culinary team and develop menus that exceed our customers' expectations. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced environment, with excellent attention to detail and a passion for innovation.

As a strong leader, you will inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best, while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment. You will also be comfortable working closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of our culinary vision.
