Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Tamarindo. As a key member of our PR and marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management and delivery of campaigns for our clients, including building campaign planners and managing a pipeline of content.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of PR and marketing strategies for clients, ensuring high-quality work is delivered to deadline and that KPIs are met and/or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, providing honest and constructive advice and feedback to ensure their communications challenges are addressed.
- Produce high-quality PR and marketing content for clients, including press releases, bylines, white papers, industry reports, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Secure regular coverage for clients in national and trade press by developing effective and creative media pitches to journalists and editors.
- Provide valuable and effective feedback to clients on media opportunities to ensure they are fully briefed and make the most of their media secured media opportunities.
- Proven ability to manage projects to deadline and motivate teams to deliver necessary results.
- Strong knowledge of business-to-business PR and communication techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong time management, and intelligent prioritization of account and team tasks.
- Competent line management skills, including the ability to deliver constructive feedback and an empathetic response to junior team members.
- Strong IT competency.
