About the Role

Liz Earle Beauty Co. is seeking a talented Ecommerce Analyst to join our Digital Acceleration Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our digital brands' mass personalization efforts across key markets. Your primary focus will be on enhancing data-driven marketing strategies by meticulously measuring the impact of our digital initiatives and innovative Martech projects. You will collaborate closely with product owners, working under the guidance of the Global Digital Enablement Manager to drive our data-driven marketing vision forward.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitor insights to provide actionable data that informs strategic decision-making.
  • Maximize and optimize the utilization of tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and our Customer Data Platform to extract valuable insights.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on the commercial benefits of our Martech program and collaborate with product owners to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement a rigorous test-and-learn approach to refine data analysis and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure seamless data access and optimize media buying campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to consolidate and enhance reporting and analytics processes for greater efficiency.

What You'll Need

  • Exceptional analytical skills coupled with a strong understanding of success metrics and KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics tools and tag managers.
  • Proven experience working with analytics platforms and Customer Data Platforms.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and effectively solve complex business challenges.
  • Experience in presenting insights using compelling data storytelling and visualization techniques.
  • Strong team player with excellent organizational skills.
