About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Childcare Professional to join our team as a Residential Childcare Assessor. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality training and assessment to learners, ensuring they achieve their Residential Childcare Apprenticeship qualifications. If you have a passion for education and the necessary qualifications and experience, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities: • Deliver Residential Childcare apprenticeships to learners, primarily working remotely from home • Train and assess learners on Residential Childcare apprenticeships • Maximise the use of e-learning and utilise various assessment methods to ensure learners have opportunities to evidence their knowledge • Support, develop, implement, and evaluate approved Residential Childcare training materials

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have at least 2 years' occupational experience within a Residential Childcare setting, a L3 or above qualification in Residential Childcare, and experience delivering Residential Childcare apprenticeships. You should also possess an Assessor Award (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33), excellent communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and manage your own diary. Additionally, you should hold a full UK Driving License.

What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, outstanding annual leave entitlement (standard 4 weeks + BHs + 3 weeks bonus leave at Christmas), a Christmas bonus payment, full travel expenses, and an excellent employee benefits package.
