- Monitor and Evaluate Care: Regularly review and evaluate the care provided to residents, making adjustments as needed to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
- Registered Nurse Qualification: Hold a valid Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) and be registered with the UK NMC.
- Clear DBS: Have a clear DBS check and be able to provide evidence of this.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
