You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of our people strategy, aligned with our business objectives
- Manage and develop a high-performing HR team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent service delivery
- Collaborate with the executive team to drive business results through effective people management
- Develop and implement policies and initiatives to attract, motivate and retain talented employees
- Manage the annual pay awards and lead the RemCom meeting
- Develop and implement a clear plan for Learning and Development, including career development, learning culture, and well-being initiatives
- FCIPD or MCIPD qualified and of graduate calibre
- Proven experience of working at HR Director level in a manufacturing or production environment
- Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a large HR team
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about sustainability and an advocate of supporting green practices
- Commercially oriented with the ability to leverage data and logic in support of making a business case
- A personable, skilled influencer, politically savvy, with the courage to challenge and also engage
- Collaborative with an enabling coaching style
- A proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and experience of designing and delivering on innovative D.E.&I. initiatives
