Pension Administration Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pension Administration Manager to oversee the administration of our defined benefit final salary pension scheme and support our defined contribution Workplace Scheme.

This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and pensions legislation, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and distribute work to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Regular maintenance of the bespoke pension database
  • Run, process, and reconcile year-end reports to provide information to Trustees, Management, and auditors
  • Complete appraisals with Team members
  • Attend Trustee meetings and report on discretionary benefits

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in pension administration
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum

Location: Beverley or Kingston area
