Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Production Coordinator to join our team at LADbible Group in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating shoot logistics, organizing crews, and handling production finance.

About the Role
  • Provide direct support to the Production Management team on shoot planning, logistics, and on-set support.
  • Plan shoots, book crews and equipment, and arrange travel.
  • Assist the Production Manager in managing production paperwork, including risk assessments, insurance documentation, and call sheets.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of production details and logistics.
  • Experience using MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Budgeting and cost tracking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Experience working on set and with contributors.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a blended working arrangement with three days per week in the office.
