Physiotherapist - Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic physiotherapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to our patients.
Main Responsibilities:- To work as an autonomous specialist MSK practitioner in delivering musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans.
- To write contemporaneous clinical notes using SystmOne and provide advice and support with additional electronic software.
- To fulfill mandatory training and additional training requirements as demanded for the role.
- To understand each patient's needs and expectations, and provide them with the quality of service to the standards the company expects.
- To demonstrate excellence in report writing and evidence an ability to complete reports autonomously without further support.
- To identify and manage any risks to quality, such as workload, communication, and team working, with the support of your line manager and clinical mentor.
- To communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including patients, clinical colleagues, administrative colleagues, receptionists, and external healthcare professionals.
- To fully understand the wider MSK service and local MSK pathways, including in-depth knowledge of referral criteria and scope of services.
- To take an active role in engaging with external fellow physiotherapy professionals, working to promote PICS Ltd as a leading healthcare organisation.
