Duty Manager Assistant

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the store management team by managing the store team in the absence of the Shop Manager / Deputy Manager.

The post holder will be responsible for providing great customer service while working with our fantastic volunteer team. As part of this role, you will become a Key Holder and will receive a full management induction program.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service:
  • Deliver Best in Town service through customer interaction.
  • Support the Shop Manager/Deputy Manager in always driving great customer service.
  • Endeavour to strengthen and promote the Cancer Research Wales brand.
Desirable Requirements
  • Holding a clean Driving Licence and having access to a car.
  • Where necessary, travelling by public transport.
