We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Algorithmics Specialist to lead a team of technical professionals in developing algorithms for the next generation of weapon systems. The successful candidate will have experience of leading teams of highly qualified and technical individuals, and a commitment to quality and the procedures we follow to ensure it.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the toolchain and process for ensuring integrity through to the final product. You will also have the ability to influence how we develop algorithms within the team and more widely within MBDA.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in software development, mathematical analysis, numerical simulation, and machine learning. If you have a desire to make an impression within the MBDA engineering community, we want to hear from you.
