Job Summary:

You'll be a key figure in the development of automotive electrical components, driving their lifecycle from conception to integration. This crucial role involves collaborating closely with suppliers and delineating component specs, ensuring quality and punctuality of deliverables.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in capturing and generating requirements, securing stakeholder agreement at every stage.
  • Work as part of a technical systems delivery team.
  • Help define the system for assigned features to meet requirements.
  • Work on a comprehensive system model within the Systems Engineering Design V to meet clients' required features.
  • Conduct quality assessments throughout the design process.
  • Ensure compliance with new regulations, Requirements (GSRII), and ISO26262 (Systems Engineering).
Requirements:
  • Experience in an Electrical/Software Systems Engineering role.
  • Experience in systems engineering and/or complex system integration.
  • Practical application experience of UML/SysML from conception to system integration.
  • Proficiency in modelling complex system requirements in Enterprise Architect or an equivalent tool.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficient in designing Electrical/Electronic systems following the systems engineering V development lifecycle.
  • Skilled in creating structured system/control requirements.
  • Understanding of system and software test verification methods.
  • Experience in using Enterprise Architect or an equivalent tool.
  • Ability to create structured use cases.
  • Knowledge of vehicle network architecture and communication.
  • Familiarity with engineering quality tools (Failure Mode Avoidance - FMEA etc).
Education:

Hold a degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science, or possess an equivalent qualification or experience in a relevant field.
