Education Specialist in SEMH Support

Role Overview:
This position involves teaching students aged 9-16 who require additional support due to social, emotional, and mental health challenges. You will design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to individual learning styles and abilities, promoting academic progress and personal growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects, including maths and English
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods to meet changing needs
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Relevant experience in KS1 and KS2 SEMH
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
